Do you offer support?

Yes! We offer tons of support for you that is completed included in all plans:

• 24/7 Help Center
Our Help Center is within our dashboard and available anytime you need it. It includes, videos, tutorials and articles to help you with just about anything you need within our Connect solution! You will find our Help Center by clicking on the link found towards the bottom left corner after you are logged into the Connect dashboard.

• Interactive Help Guides

We also have our interactive Help Guides that can take you through lots of aspects of our features and services, teaching you how use each aspect in a step-by-step manner. You will find out interactive Help Guides on the top right side of of your dashboard.

• Live Chat Support
We are very proud to say that we have a dedicated Support Team that is available for live chat! This knowledgable team is there for you when you simply click the green question mark icon in the lower right corner within your dashboard. These are real people who are truly there to help you with your business automation needs within the Connect system.

• Live Zoom Support
In addition to our amazing live chat, our Support Team is also available to jump on a Zoom call, if it is needed in addition to chatting with you. Using Zoom is especially helpful if you or they need to share screens or help in real-time on your screen as well.

Can I get training?

Yes! In addition to all of the support we offer (Help Center, Interactive Help Guides, Live Chat Support and Zoom Support), we also offer Success Coaching (which is either available in-person or via Zoom with one of our team members); Connect Classes (which are held monthly via Zoom and available for free for all of our clients); and we also offer Personalized White-Glove Onboarding (which is available for a nominal fee and offers two separate 1-on-1 Zoom sessions with a dedicated member of our Support Team).
