Introducing Automatic Receipts for Order Forms and Subscription Payments on Wisco Connect

Happy Friday, everyone! We have some exciting news that will make your life easier. We’re constantly working to improve our system and today, we’re thrilled to announce the release of automatic receipts for order forms and subscription payments on Wisco Connect.

This new feature is designed to simplify the process of sending receipts to your customers. In the past, you may have had to create complex workflows to achieve this, but now, it’s as easy as a few clicks.


How to Set Up Automatic Receipts

To enable automatic receipts on Wisco Connect, simply follow these steps:

  1. Go to the settings area (in your Connect dashboard) on the left-hand menu of your sub-account.

  2. Click on “Payments” and then select “Settings” at the top.

  3. Here, you can enable automatic receipt sending for order forms and subscription payments.

  4. Customize the title, recipient prefix, starting receipt number, and email template for your receipts.

Customizing Email Templates

With Wisco Connect, you have complete control over how your receipts look. You can edit the email template using custom variables to personalize it according to your brand’s style and voice.

In addition, you can view a preview of the receipt right within Wisco Connect by clicking on the provided link.
